Experienced Multilingual Customer Service Representative – Dutch, German, and English Speaker for Dynamic Delivery Station Environment

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team in Rozenburg, Netherlands. As a multilingual speaker of Dutch, German, and English, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, investigating and resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and Delivery Service Partners. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time investigations to locate customer orders and expedite delivery
- Directly contact customers via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
- Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, resolve issues, and arrange re-delivery when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring personalized and empathetic interactions
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational goals
Working Hours and Schedule
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with variable hours to match customer demand. You will work day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your schedule may include weekends and national holidays. You will receive your work schedule at least 6 weeks in advance, and shifts may change every 4 weeks. We offer competitive compensation for working national holidays.
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (written and oral fluency, minimum C1 level)
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours (11:00 am to 7:30 pm)
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (weekends and overtime as required)
