**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and our clients' success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding client experiences through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and strategic planning
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
* Executing and running client training and enablement sessions with a "train the coach" model to empower scale and ensure consistent client experiences
* Developing and executing client success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines
* Systematizing best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client communications and feedback
* Gathering and sharing client feedback with internal stakeholders, identifying trends and themes to inform product development and improvement
* Collaborating closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales activities
* Proactively identifying areas for improvement in our products and services, and working with cross-functional teams to drive change and innovation
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer success (or similar) role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth
* Strong history of conveying and scaling an outstanding client experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business outcomes
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, from executives to technical stakeholders
* Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute client success plans that drive business growth and outcomes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, with experience working with AI and ChatGPT solutions (or similar technologies)
