Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our students, parents, and educators through various channels, including online live chat, email, phone calls, and social media. As a remote worker, you will need to be self-motivated, independent, and accountable for your tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Compensation and Benefits
