Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Perform account maintenance on our blithequark Business Credit extension and various Business Plan products
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Utilize our customer service model to provide personalized support and solutions to customers
- Support clients with maintenance, transactions, and funding-related requests
- Answer customer questions regarding rewards and redemption, with the ability to resolve issues from start to finish
- Investigate customer complaints and determine the best course of action to resolve issues
- Comply with all administrative and compliance rules related to customer service practices
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, and effective communication
