About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless data entry operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of a team and top-tier representatives in a functional environment
  • Act as a subject matter expert on safety, compliance, and procedures
  • Drive and engage the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure quality according to blithequark standards
  • Ensure consistency on functional support and product improvement
  • Attract and retain top talent to review performance and gain their commitment to approach according to blithequark standards and partnership expectations to help achieve targets
  • Support standard work and continuous improvement processes
  • Lead the performance of a team and workplace, taking action as necessary to ensure standard functional goals are met
  • Oversee and delegate the appropriate work tasks to front-line subject matter experts
  • Provide top-tier representatives with regular training, assessment, and verification as necessary
  • Resolve issues and participate in critical thinking to help front-line agents in achieving work objectives
  • Lead investigations as required into performance, safety, (injuries and accidents), complaints, and other work-related issues
  • Provide explicit guidance and interpret blithequark rules and systems or partnership plans to assist front-line agents in completing critical tasks and ensure that safety, compliance, and quality are delivered continually
  • Assist with station manager staff to identify and address performance affecting shared goals and partnership transport to blithequark's customers
  • Complete all required administrative and blithequark documentation of activities
  • Participate in ensuring programs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong sense of responsibility, understands tasks and how to interpret data to business objectives
  • Reliable attendance

  • Negotiation, accountability, collaboration, commitment/motivation
  • Safety leadership
  • Coordinating/performing multiple tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Decision-making with the ability to lead
  • Skilled in IT systems and standard software relevant to the job
  • Experience leading and influencing a team and customer support data
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shift in a 24-hour/7-day operation including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is a significant requirement of the position

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Long-term experience or relevant able experience will be furthermore considered
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience leading blithequark staff fundamentally
  • Experience working in Airport Operations, including Customer support
