About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and service providers. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and Service Providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services.
  • Provide support to Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and Service Providers as needed.
  • Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate team communication, training, and meetings.

  • Have experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Are able to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Can handle incoming phone calls from customers in a calm and composed manner.
  • Are able to track multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have experience with software troubleshooting and technical support.
