As a global leader in commercial and personal insurance solutions, we are constantly reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference in the world. **Job Details** * No outbound or cold calling; all inbound call handling * Full-time position, including rotating weekends * Second shift hours available with night & weekend shift differential pay * Starting salary $18 to $19 per hour or more based on experience * Hybrid work model * Location: Stevens Point, WI, and Houston, TX * Estimated Travel Percentage: 0% * Relocation Provided: No **Job Description** As a Travel Insurance Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound calls from travelers and travel advisors interested in learning about our travel insurance products * Providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our high-end clientele * Educating customers on the benefits and coverages of our products, designed to support their unique travel plans * Utilizing a consultative sales approach to learn about the traveler's needs and recommend an appropriate product * Meeting state licensing requirements to sell insurance * Responding to high-end clientele with professionalism * Working in a fast-paced environment where no two calls are ever the same **Requirements** * A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to think outside the box * Must be able to meet state licensing requirements to sell insurance * Proven experience in sales is beneficial * Ability to respond to high-end clientele with professionalism * Experienced in the travel industry; experience in domestic or international travel along with geography knowledge is highly beneficial * High School Diploma or equivalent required **Benefits** At blithequark, we know how important it is to protect and invest in what's most important to you.
