We are seeking a friendly, articulate, and tech-savvy Remote Chat Support Agent to assist our customers via live chat. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and effective support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via live chat in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to products or services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
