We're committed to delivering exceptional customer support and building a team of CS superstars who share our vision and values. **Responsibilities** As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information * Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms * Reviewing customer feedback and using it to improve our services and processes * Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to identify areas for improvement * Learning from user test videos to understand how our customers perceive our product and services * Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues * Helping customers use our proxies effectively and providing them with the support they need to succeed * Collaborating with our team to build a culture of customer-centricity and excellence **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts and technologies * High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner * Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues * A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations * Ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines * Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on finding new and better ways to solve customer problems * Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and other productivity software * Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, such as Zendesk and Intercom * A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with a mic and webcam for meetings * A willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed **What You Can Expect From Us** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with the support and resources they need to succeed.
