This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information, and a strong customer service focus. If you're a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service support to major business accounts and the Corporate Sales Team * Manage orders, including electronic and manual order entry, and account maintenance * Support the sales process, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues * Utilize various tools and systems, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool * Process a variety of orders and customer service requests * Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and internal stakeholders * Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate sales environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization * Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information * Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions * Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service within blithequark * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment * Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems * Experience with order management and customer service software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels of the organization * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions * Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines * Strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
