Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help people and a proven track record of providing exceptional support in a fast-paced business environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

  • Review applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring compliance with our company's standards and regulations.
  • Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, utilizing our proprietary software and following established protocols (training will be provided to ensure your success in this role).
  • Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, providing timely updates on the status of their applications and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using our company software, ensuring a thorough and efficient screening process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing our data entry systems to track applicant progress and ensure seamless communication with our delivery professionals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required), with a strong foundation in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, data entry, HR, or customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with delivery professionals, colleagues, and management.
  • Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications, with a strong foundation in technology and software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused in a home-based setting.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
