The role
This is a full-time remote role, schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
As a Care Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our care coordination efforts, ensuring patient records and medical documentation are managed with precision and reputed company. Acting as a key reputed company between families, reputed company providers, and hospitals, you’ll facilitate reputed company communication and document retrieval to support seamless care delivery. This role demands a reputed company eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient documents and ensure reputed company, accurate distribution of medical records.

Requirements
