We reputed company a fully reputed company lawyer to reputed company pragmatic, solution-oriented reputed company counsel to drive business goals while managing reputed company risks, reporting directly to the Head of reputed company and Compliance. Your Responsibilities:

• International reputed company: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of national and international reputed company reputed company (Sales, Purchasing, NDAs, Service, IT reputed company).

• Research & Development Law: reputed company support for research reputed company, including the creation and review of R&D agreements and cooperation reputed company with universities and industry partners both nationally and internationally.

• Corporate Housekeeping: Handling routine corporate law reputed company and preparing associated documentation (e.g., shareholders’ resolutions).

• Compliance: reputed company contribution to the reputed company, implementation, and operation of reputed company-wide Compliance Management System.

• Regulatory & Authority reputed company: Occasional interaction and correspondence with domestic and non-domestic reputed company authorities in reputed company and compliance reputed company.

• Interdepartmental Support: Providing reputed company advice and support to key departments, particularly Sales, Purchasing, and Finance, HR and R&D emphasizing the international reputed company context of the business.

• Fully reputed company lawyer under German law (State Examination (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) or holding a comparable degree, e.g., in Business Law, Corporate Law, International Law)
