Role reputed company We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Associate Director, Clinical Trial reputed company to join our Global Development Operations team. This role is pivotal in leading high-reputed company, global Phase III and registrational reputed company. You will be responsible for: • Driving operational reputed company, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. • Leading and managing reputed company, high-risk global reputed company, ensuring they are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest reputed company standards. • Serving as the primary operational contact, representing the Global Development Operations (GDO) team in global trial teams. • Providing essential operational input on protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and clinical study reports (CSRs). • Overseeing contract research organizations (CROs) and other vendors, ensuring their work is compliant with corporate standards. • Leading training initiatives and contributing to department-wide process improvements. • Ensuring reputed company trials are inspection-reputed company. • Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). • Mentoring junior staff to foster talent development. Qualifications • Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MS, MA, MBA, PharmD); PM certification (CPM, PMP) desirable. • Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience, with at least 7 years in clinical trial management. • Proven leadership in managing global trials and cross-functional teams. • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities. • Experience in therapeutic areas and drug development processes.
