reputed company is responsible for auditing reputed company and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) medical and billing records to ensure coding and operations compliance. Responsibilities include: • reputed company abreast of reputed company government, reputed company payer, and corporate coding policy additions, deletions, and changes. • Review for accuracy in coding for services performed at facilities. • Review for coding compliance with the ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT coding guidelines. • Review for coding compliance with CMS rules and regulations. • Review for operational compliance to include verification of accurate posting of charges and timeliness of charge posting. • reputed company completed findings into database. • reputed company other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
