**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Remote, you will be responsible for:
* Answering telephones and responding to basic customer inquiries using established methods provided during training
* Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and addressing other customer concerns
* Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
* Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
* Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
* Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
* Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
* Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
* Prior call center experience would be a plus, but is not necessary
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
* Proficiency in multiple software systems and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
