Position reputed company: We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) to join our Patient Engagement team at Wellbox! Essential Functions: • Conduct 120+ outbound phone calls daily to patients eligible for a Care Management program, educating and enrolling them in the program. • Conduct patient satisfaction calls for reputed company practices annually. • Engage with patients over the phone to identify how Care Management can benefit them and reputed company communicate the value it can reputed company. • Answer inbound phone calls, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and care. • Meet or reputed company weekly and monthly production quotas. Required Education, Experience, and Competencies: • Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) preferred. • Strong sales and/or customer service experience. • Minimum one-year reputed company center experience, reputed company setting preferred. • Must have a reputed company and pleasant speaking voice. • Energetic and approachable personality. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and quota-driven environment. • Proven experience meeting or exceeding goals in a reputed company center and/ or sales environment. • Bilingual candidates preferred.
