Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote – US/Canada)

The Opportunity We’re seeking a freelance Graphic Designer who can match our pace and elevate our presence. Following rapid expansion across 8 locations and preparing for our biotech skincare launch, Formula Fig requires immediate design support across digital and print channels. We need someone who can integrate quickly, execute flawlessly, and contribute to our visual evolution. What You'll Actually Be Doing: Daily Execution • Design email campaigns • Create website banners, product pages, and conversion-focused graphics • Develop social assets for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Edit video content for reels and stories • Manage print production files • Build templates that scale without losing sophistication Strategic Contribution • Establish design systems that eliminate bottlenecks • Identify design opportunities to enhance the digital user experience • Collaborate on campaign creative that drives measurable results Non-Negotiables: Technical • 3-5+ years designing for digital-first brands • Adobe Creative Suite mastery • Experience in figma • Web design understanding • Video editing capabilities for social content • Print production knowledge (bleeds, color profiles, prepress) Working Style • Available 20-30 hours/week starting immediately • Responsive during business hours for time-sensitive requests • Comfortable with direct feedback and quick changes • Able to deliver excellence at velocity • Remote collaboration skills that don't require hand-holding What We're Really Looking For You've worked with brands that are dynamic without sacrificing quality.
