• Independently managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing reputed company, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending reputed company, transfer deeds, completion statements, and reputed company required reputed company documentation, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and best reputed company.
• Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, providing reputed company, reputed company, and practical reputed company advice throughout the property transaction process.
• Conducting thorough title investigations, reviewing search results, raising and responding to enquiries, and proactively resolving any reputed company issues.

• Keeping up-to-date and detailed records using the firm's case management system, ensuring full compliance with SRA, AML, GDPR, and CQS requirements.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a fee earner in residential conveyancing, with a reputed company record of independently handling a varied and high-volume caseload from instruction to completion.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company residential conveyancing law and process, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and remortgage transactions.
• Demonstrable ability to draft, review, and negotiate reputed company documents with high attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong commitment to outstanding reputed company care and building rapport with clients and stakeholders remotely.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team, with reputed company IT skills, including use of case management systems and reputed company Office.
