Job Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to create a seamless experience for our customers, addressing their queries, and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met. You will be an integral part of our customer success team, working closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to achieve established service level agreements and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with our brand and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, ensuring that solutions are provided in a fair and reasonable manner.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to achieve established service level agreements and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. You should demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the e-commerce industry, our customers, and our products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
