About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to work from home as a Part-Time Customer Service Phone Representative, delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their fitness goals. With a focus on providing outstanding support and building strong relationships, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing information with a positive and energetic attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact to our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service
  • Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and secure appointments
  • Maintain accurate and useful database records, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Manage and monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via text

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Have a designated and approved in-home workspace, with a secondary workspace available in case of technical difficulties
  • Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring), with no satellite internet allowed
  • Receive inbound calls, place outbound follow-up calls, and answer SMS messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions about product details, company information, and account issues for customers, providing clear and concise information
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities, ensuring that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service and support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled. You'll also need to have excellent active listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections. A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality are essential, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience, with a focus on customer service and support
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a strong technical aptitude
  • Previous telesales experience, with a focus on building rapport and securing appointments
  • Fitness industry experience, with a passion for health and wellness
