You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This is a remote data entry position, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, internal teams, and government agencies * Enter accurate and timely data into our systems, including customs documentation, shipment records, and other relevant information * Process organization financier shipments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines * Work closely with other internal teams, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including customs documentation and other relevant information * Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to customs, trade, and transportation * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, logistics, transportation) * At least 6 months of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field * Experience with customs documentation and regulations * Knowledge of Viewpoint and other relevant software systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to succeed.
