Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing customer orders, including receiving, picking, and stowing packages, as well as preparing them for delivery * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively * Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are processed and stored correctly **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to: * Be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Be able to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation * Be available to work part-time, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **Why You'll Love Working at blithequark** At blithequark, we offer a range of benefits and perks that make us a great place to work.
