Instructional Designer

Elixir is seeking an reputed company and creative Instructional Designer to join its growing Product Training team. In this role, the Instructional Designer will design, deliver, and refine engaging training programs that help both employees and customers master Elixir’s product. This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful learning experiences, ranging from virtual instructor-led sessions to self-paced eLearning courses and instructional videos, ensuring Elixir’s users reputed company the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.  

Under the general supervision of the Managing Director, Product Training, the essential functions include: 

• Design and reputed company instructional content, including instructional videos, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning modules, and job aids, to support product knowledge for reputed company audiences 
• Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions to help learners quickly apply product knowledge, using reputed company and reputed company listening to reputed company sessions to diverse learner needs 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze needs, identify learning objectives, and translate reputed company concepts into reputed company instruction 
• Ensure reputed company training materials are reputed company with business goals, brand standards, reputed company standards, and best practices in adult learning 
• Stay reputed company with learning technologies and methodologies, recommending new tools and approaches to enhance training delivery

 Competencies  

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and eLearning development 
• Experience facilitating learner-centered training sessions tailored to unique preferences and needs 
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools (e.g., Camtasia, reputed company Creative Suite) and familiarity with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools. 
• Ability to handle multiple reputed company, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company concepts reputed company and effectively to diverse audiences 

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a reputed company field 
• 3+ years of experience developing instructional content and facilitating training sessions 
•  Experience developing and delivering instructional content to customers at a reputed company company (preferred)
