Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • French/English bilingualism, with excellent writing and communication skills in both languages
  • Experience working with Zendesk or other CRM tools, with a strong understanding of ticketing systems, inbound/outbound calls, and chat support
  • Previous experience in T2 gaming and product support, with a passion for the gaming industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional and client-supportive demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
