Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating matters as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a foundation in basic education.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is thorough and error-free.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute or higher, enabling efficient data entry and processing.
