Here's an overview of what you can expect: * Complete all required sections of your application, including your profile, history, certifications, and application/job questions. * Submit your resume and receive an email with next steps. * Complete an online pre-screening test and/or a digital video interview, which will be provided with full instructions and tips. * Check on the status of your application at any time, but you'll also be notified via email. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote in EST or CST, you'll be responsible for: * Calling members to schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners * Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries * Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns **Primary Responsibilities** * Call members to schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners * Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries * Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns * Work in a high-volume, customer service environment, requiring efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness * Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * 1 year of work experience * Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence) * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements * Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM local time from Monday – Friday **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the healthcare industry * Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare * Experience working in a customer retention-focused role **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * Ability to connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to a modem or router) **Soft Skills** * Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens * Experience working in a metric-driven work environment * Experience using an auto-dialer system * All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy **Compensation and Benefits** * Hourly range: $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment * Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At blithequark, we believe that diversity creates a healthier atmosphere.
