As a key member of our Operations Division, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, processing new business, handling claims, working with insurance companies, and more. **Job Responsibilities:**
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to promote a quality service image
• Organize and work with detailed records to ensure efficient processing and resolution of customer inquiries
• Handle inbound phone calls and email correspondence from customers, employers, insurance companies, and employing agencies, recording details of interactions and escalating issues as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming inquiries, referring complex issues to management levels as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
**Qualifications:**
• Ability to gather accurate information and provide clear, concise communication to customers and stakeholders
• Effective problem resolution and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, employers, and insurance companies
• Proficiency in using a personal computer and working within a Windows-based environment, including MS Office and blithequark-specific software
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Dependability, integrity, and compassion are essential for building trust with customers and stakeholders
