We are looking for a skilled Data Entry / Quote Analyst to work remotely, preferably based in the US, to support our high-volume renewal cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a strong background in generating quotes and navigating large data sets. Key Responsibilities

• Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers to generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms.
• Submit quotes for internal approvals when necessary, ensuring all quotes are thoroughly reviewed and accurate.
• Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery, maintaining open communication to meet deadlines and targets.
• Target generating 12-15 quotes per day, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a data-heavy environment.
• Interface exclusively with internal stakeholders, with no external communication required, allowing for focused work on quote generation and team collaboration.

What You Won't Be Doing

This role does not involve hands-on Salesforce configuration or customer communication and technical troubleshooting. Instead, you will focus on utilizing Salesforce (particularly Sales Cloud or CPQ) to generate quotes accurately and efficiently, supporting the Customer Success team during a critical period.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
