**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming leads via WhatsApp, primarily from Instagram ad campaigns, to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for real-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals when engaging with non-English-speaking leads, to provide seamless support to our global customer base.
• Guiding leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking, through strategic and personalized communication.
• Entering and maintaining lead information accurately in our Airtable CRM, to ensure data integrity and inform business decisions.
• Providing occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed, to build strong relationships and foster loyalty.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above), with the ability to craft compelling and clear messages.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or lead handling, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Comfort with using AI tools to support communication and workflow, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and master our CRM system.
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
**Schedule & Compensation**
As a part-time Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist, you will enjoy:
• A flexible schedule of 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday (Remote), with the ability to work from the comfort of your own home.
• An hourly rate of $4/hour during a 3-month probation period, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and raises.
• A performance bonus of $10 commission for each qualified lead that books a $50 consultation, to incentivize your success.
• Post-probation, your hourly rate will increase to $5/hour based on performance, reflecting your growing value to our team.
