About the Role
As a Technical Consultant at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our new customers through their onboarding journey, from the initial purchase to confident everyday use of our software tools. Your expertise in current and emerging practices in the AEC industry, combined with your deep knowledge of the customer onboarding process and skill in training and teaching, will be instrumental in creating great customer experiences. You will develop and maintain learning content, leverage your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs, and develop customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new blithequark customers on their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from initial purchase to proficient use of our software tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive learning content to support new and existing customers, including live instruction and on-demand learning materials.
- Leverage your expertise in CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to advise organizations on maximizing the value of BIM software and project delivery, aligning with their specific goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback and insights are integrated into our product development and service improvement processes.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in the AEC industry, preferably with experience in customer-facing roles or training and development. Your deep understanding of CAD and BIM software applications, as well as your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, will be essential.
