Position reputed company We are seeking a motivated and creative Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines design expertise with sales reputed company—guiding homeowners through the remodeling process from concept to completion while achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Meet clients in our showroom or on-site to understand their needs, style preferences, and project scope. • Create kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design (or similar software). • Prepare design presentations, 3D renderings, and material selections (cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures). • reputed company detailed proposals and estimates in coordination with project managers and estimators. • Manage reputed company relationships throughout the design and sales process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and reputed company reputed company to meet monthly sales goals. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability, pricing, and reputed company times. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company communications, proposals, and project details in reputed company CRM system. • Participate in marketing events, home shows, and reputed company media promotions to generate new leads. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen & bath design or home remodeling sales. • Proficiency in 2020 Design, SketchUp, or similar design software. • Strong understanding of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and reputed company products. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously. • Highly motivated and results-driven personality. • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or reputed company field preferred.
