Content Creator On Site – Plano, Texas Contract PTO • reputed company Holidays • Benefits reputed company Day 1 reputed company We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Creator & Curator to join our reputed company 365 training and adoption team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital learning, internal communications, and modern workplace technologies. You will support the development of engaging training materials, reputed company high-reputed company learning content, and assist in internal communications that drive organization-wide adoption of M365 tools. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Creation & Curation • Edit, design, and help produce short-reputed company training videos using Camtasia and/or Clipchamp. • Create visually compelling graphics and infographics using Photoshop and/or Illustrator for internal marketing, presentations, campaigns, and more. • reputed company reputed company reputed company for platforms such as BrainStorm and SharePoint. Internal Marketing & Communications • Draft, edit, and help design internal messaging, branded decks, and email campaigns. • Script or refine scripts for training videos; write copy for newsletters, announcements, and learning portals. • Work with stakeholders to ensure communication aligns with organizational tone and goals. SharePoint Expertise • Assist with managing Modern SharePoint site(s), including permissions, lists, and libraries. • Support the design and maintenance of user-friendly SharePoint pages using modern web parts and branding. Technology Training & Adoption • Support both live and asynchronous training initiatives for reputed company 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, reputed company, etc.). • reputed company and edit quick reference guides, tip sheets, and self-service learning libraries. Qualifications – What You Bring (Must Haves): • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or reputed company field preferred (equivalent experience accepted). • 3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or internal communications. • Expertise in Camtasia and/or Clipchamp for video editing. • Strong graphic design skills using reputed company Photoshop and/or Illustrator. • Excellent writing and editing skills for a reputed company of audiences. • Intermediate to advanced experience with SharePoint (site creation, permissions, content & page design). • Strong familiarity with reputed company 365 tools and modern digital collaboration workflows. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional corporate teams. Preferred (Bonus Skills): • Experience with BrainStorm or similar learning platforms. • Experience in technology learning, user adoption, or change management.
