In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients and ensuring that reputed company appointments are accurately recorded in our system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology. • Schedule appointments for clients using our scheduling software • Communicate with clients to confirm appointment details and reputed company necessary information • reputed company and update appointment information in our system accurately • Coordinate with reputed company providers to ensure smooth scheduling process • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at reputed company times • reputed company reputed company of appointment cancellations and reputed company necessary adjustments to the schedule • Follow up with clients to ensure they are reputed company of their upcoming appointments • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience as a medical scheduler or in a similar role • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong understanding of medical terminology • Proficient in using scheduling software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable working in a remote setting • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality • Availability to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week) Requirements • This is a part-time, remote position. • The reputed company Scheduler will be expected to work 20-25 hours per week. • The contract duration is negotiable and may vary depending on business needs.
