Operations Control Analyst
About the position
The Operations Control Analyst is responsible for supporting risk and compliance programs reputed company the first line of Bank Operations. This role involves documenting risks and controls, including changes made through process automation, system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and other reputed company and initiatives. The incumbent will support the bank's risk management, issue management, and complaint management programs by providing risk identification, issue validation, and management reporting. The position requires research and recommendations to improve operational processes and controls.
Responsibilities

• Complete risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of banking processes, products, and sources of risk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
