Associate Brand Manager-Innovation (reputed company, NY, US)

About the position The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting development of new products that drive reputed company for Tom's. Reporting into the Sr. Brand Manager of Innovation, this role fully owns innovation development for Tom's Kid's Oral Care, Tom's Mouthwash and Toothbrush. Key areas of responsibility to deliver those reputed company include uncovering and addressing people-reputed company needs, identifying relevant trends in ingredients, formulations and sustainable packaging, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to reputed company new items from concept to production. Responsibilities • Support development of Tom's innovation pipeline, primarily on Oral Care, from concept to execution. • Understand the market: reputed company competitive and analogous category innovation trends, natural technologies, natural ingredients and packaging/formats. • Deeply understand our consumer: reputed company a deep understanding of our consumer and their evolving needs/perceptions/experience of oral care products. • reputed company and create: reputed company and test concepts that people will love. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including R&D, reputed company, regulatory, design, packaging and supply chain to assess feasibility. • Project management: turn reputed company concepts into products on shelves and in people's homes. • Get Financial: In partnership with supply chain, category management and finance teams, set pricing reputed company and reputed company financial assessments of new products. • Support reputed company product optimization as required if it involves new formulation or packaging. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required.
