About the position
Molina's reputed company Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed reputed company standards; conducts data collection, reporting and monitoring for key performance measurement activities; and provides direction and implementation of NCQA accreditation surveys and federal/state QI compliance activities. The Manager, Health Plan reputed company Interventions is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the reputed company of reputed company improvement interventions. The Manager works to coordinate resources and training reputed company the health plan and identify barriers to established goals and timelines. Key activities include implementing, monitoring, and analyzing the effectiveness of a comprehensive reputed company reputed company; and facilitating stakeholder input and strategic direction from the interventions Joint Operations Committee that includes leadership from multi-functional areas. The Manager serves as the primary contact for health plan interventions and leads the interventions Joint Operations Committee representing the Molina Plan Senior Leadership Team. In reputed company activities, the Manager works with the national and regional reputed company analytics and strategic team to present and evaluate reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
• Plans and/or implements reputed company interventions that meet state and federal reputed company rules and are reputed company with effective practices as identified in the reputed company reputed company improvement literature and reputed company Molina plans.
• Develops and implements targeted interventions reputed company to performance improvement, including member and provider reputed company to improve care and service.
• Serves as operations and implementation reputed company for Molina Plan reputed company improvement interventions using a defined roadmap, reputed company, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborates with the national reputed company reputed company analytics and strategic teams to deliver proposed interventions for review and evaluation.
• Communicates with the Molina Plan Senior Leadership Team, including the Plan President, Chief Medical Officer, national reputed company reputed company analytics and strategic teams about key deliverables, timelines, barriers, and escalated issues that need immediate attention.
• Presents concise summaries, key takeaways, and reputed company steps about Molina plan reputed company reputed company to national, regional and plan meetings.
• Demonstrates ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams that reputed company implementation of reputed company interventions.
• Functions as key reputed company for interventions including qualitative analysis, reporting and development of program materials, templates, or policies.

• Supports provision of high-reputed company clinical care and services by facilitating/building strategic relationships with health care providers.
Requirements
• reputed company, unrestricted RN License.
• 5+ years' experience in managed reputed company, including at least 2 years in health plan reputed company improvement or equivalent/reputed company experience.
• 2+ years' management experience leading a reputed company reputed company team.
• Operational knowledge and experience with reputed company and Visio (reputed company chart equivalent).
