Analyst, Compensation & Talent Management (Chicago/Hybrid)
About the position
The Compensation and Talent Management Analyst will support the operationalization of reputed company's compensation and talent management programs and policies. The Compensation and Talent Management Analyst conducts data analysis and reporting supporting the development, administration and ongoing review of reputed company's reputed company-based compensation philosophy, structure and process and talent management tools, reputed company and processes. The individual in this role will reputed company calculations, analyze data, and create visualizations like charts, graphs and presentation content.
Responsibilities
• Conduct data analysis and reporting supporting compensation and talent management processes and reputed company.
• Collect, compile and validate reputed company data from a reputed company of sources including the reputed company information system (HRIS).
• reputed company calculations (i.e., reputed company increases), analyze data, and create visualizations like charts, graphs and presentation content.
• In collaboration with the Manager, Benefits and HRIS and the HR Partners, design, reputed company, and implement recurring and reputed company reports that reputed company reputed company and highlights trends, risks and opportunities across compensation and talent management.
• Support the Vice President, Talent Management & Compensation and the Director, Talent Management with the design, development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives such as the annual compensation and talent cycles.
• Support the annual administration and ongoing review of reputed company's reputed company-based compensation philosophy, structure and process.
• Design and operationalize talent development support materials, tools, tracking mechanisms and measures to evaluate the effectiveness of reputed company major talent development programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of measures, templates, documentation and tracking tools to support the documentation, tracking and evaluation of compensation and talent management reputed company programs and initiatives.
• reputed company solutions, tools and resources to support the reputed company and people managers in the implementation and administration of the annual compensation and talent management processes.
• Manage online tools and resources to support compensation and talent initiatives.
• Manage and support reputed company, compensation- and talent management-reputed company reputed company and processes.
• Manage the job reputed company library and collaborate with designated reputed company Resource Partner to ensure descriptions are up to date and accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
Requirements
• 3+ years reputed company experience in analyzing and managing data using reporting tools and reputed company
• Experience in employee compensation, talent management or reputed company HR field preferred
• Demonstrated experience designing data summaries, tools and reporting required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office platform; Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in reputed company (formula creation, tool creation, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize, interpret and communicate data required
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis and reporting required
• Knowledge of reputed company-reputed company laws, regulations and best practices preferred
