A company is looking for a reputed company Counsel to join their global reputed company team.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise, draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements and manage the full contract lifecycle
• reputed company up to date on reputed company law developments and evaluate their reputed company on the business
• Support the development and review of reputed company policies and procedures to reputed company with reputed company requirements
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and member of a state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company law and reputed company reputed company
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US or similar certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of global reputed company frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements
