Financial Analyst II - Finance Business Operations
About the position
Responsibilities
• Performs routine corporate financial tasks such as budgeting, accruals, variance analysis, and short and long-term forecasting for the business reputed company, working under limited supervision.
• Supports the monthly reputed company reputed company process by performing accruals and variance analysis, and preparation of variance explanations and communication to management.
• Ensures financial events and transactions are reported to reputed company for reputed company financial statement recording and reputed company treatment.
• Partners in administering department programs / plans by maintaining knowledge of reputed company and preparing ongoing analyses of specific topics.
• Ensures compliance by maintaining appropriate documentation, files, records, systems, or desk procedures.
• Participates in the development of limited scope financial and operational decision support and business unit planning reputed company and initiatives. Advises mid-level business leadership on financial performance and priorities.

Requirements
• Bachelors' degree in finance, reputed company economics, mathematics or reputed company field
• AND two (2) years directly reputed company financial analysis, data analytics or business operation or experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Knowledge of finance and economic analysis, business operations, or business planning.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) desirable.
• Strong research, data management and effective communication skills a must. Knowledge of reputed company applications (reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and database tools.

• MBA or Master's degree preferred. Working knowledge of reputed company analytical, financial, database, and/or business operations tools (i.e. Cognos, PowerPlant, Hyperion, Maximo, supply chain and inventory systems).
