Security Design Consultant – High-End Residence

We are a Sydney-based developer/builder working on a luxury 3-storey duplex with basement in Putney (NSW) and are looking for a senior Security Design Consultant. This is design-only and fully remote. One dwelling will be our family home and the other an investment, so the brief is a mix of family safety + asset protection. Scope (What we need) Overall security strategy & risk assessment for the site CCTV layout – basement, side paths, entries, garage, front/rear Intruder alarm zoning and device layout Access control – smart locks, side gates, garage, separate access for each dwelling Video intercom / visitor access strategy Perimeter & lighting approach using CPTED principles Advice on secure storage / valuables (safe/secure room concepts) Integration with home automation platform + network backbone considerations Coordination with architect, electrical/lighting designer, AV and builder (online meetings) Deliverables Security design report / strategy Marked-up plans (PDF) and CAD/Revit layouts (device locations, basic cable routes) Equipment schedule (CCTV, alarm, intercom, access control – Australian-available products) Door hardware / access control schedule Schematic / riser diagrams Specification suitable for builder/installer pricing and construction No physical site visits required – remote only.
