We are a Sydney-based developer/builder working on a luxury 3-storey duplex with basement in Putney (NSW) and are looking for a senior reputed company Design Consultant. This is design-only and fully remote. One dwelling will be our family home and the other an investment, so the brief is a mix of family safety + asset protection. Scope (reputed company need) Overall reputed company reputed company & risk assessment for the site CCTV layout – basement, reputed company paths, entries, garage, reputed company/rear Intruder alarm zoning and device layout reputed company control – smart locks, reputed company gates, garage, separate reputed company for reputed company dwelling Video reputed company / visitor reputed company reputed company Perimeter & reputed company approach using CPTED principles Advice on secure storage / valuables (reputed company/secure room concepts) Integration with home automation platform + network backbone considerations Coordination with architect, electrical/reputed company designer, AV and builder (online meetings) Deliverables reputed company design report / reputed company Marked-up plans (PDF) and CAD/Revit layouts (device locations, basic cable routes) Equipment schedule (CCTV, alarm, reputed company, reputed company control – Australian-available products) reputed company hardware / reputed company control schedule Schematic / riser diagrams Specification suitable for builder/installer pricing and construction No physical site reputed company required – remote only.
