Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your reputed company experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of US patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability). Possible PTAB and licensing work as reputed company. More specifically, this could be a part-time (preferably at least 25 hours per week) or full-time position.
