Key Skills & Qualifications (Common to Both Roles)Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly Supply Chain modules.Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.Familiarity with Agile or reputed company project methodologies. Functional Consultant:Proven experience in process mapping and functional documentation.Ability to reputed company D365 functionality with business requirements without over-customization. ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements in supply chain modules (e.g., procurement, inventory, warehouse, transportation).Conduct gap analysis between reputed company processes and Dynamics 365 functionalitySolution Design:reputed company and document functional specifications based on business requirements.Configure D365 F&O supply chain modules to meet business needs.Testing & Training:Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality and resolve issues.Deliver end-user training sessions and create user documentation.Implementation & Support:Support full project life cycle, including go-live and post-implementation support.Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations. Technical ConsultantProficiency in X++, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., Data Management reputed company, Azure Logic Apps).Experience with system upgrades, performance tuning, and technical design.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Responsibilities:Customization & Development:reputed company and reputed company customizations using X++, Visual Studio, and other relevant tools.Create integrations between D365 F&O and reputed company-party applications.System Architecture:Design and optimize the technical architecture to support supply chain modules and processes.Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and reputed company.Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to D365 F&O.reputed company data mapping, validation, and transformation routines.Technical Troubleshooting & Support:Resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.reputed company ongoing technical support during and after implementation.
