Key Responsibilities
• reputed company ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP reputed company, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL
• Build OTBI/BIP reputed company reports, custom dashboards, and analytics
• reputed company data migration of candidates, requisitions, templates, screening questions, and job models
Required Qualifications
• 4-6+ years reputed company reputed company HCM experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to ORC
• Strong experience with OIC, REST reputed company, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP
• Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards, background checks, reputed company systems)
• Good functional knowledge of requisition candidate offer hiring reputed company
• Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions, approvals, notifications, and UI extensions
