RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with national operations leadership to reputed company AMS (Agency Management System) solutions with business and operational needs while ensuring consistency with corporate goals • Drive adoption of standardized workflows, data governance, and best practices across Employee Benefits business lines to support scalability and efficiency • Serve as the AMS subject matter expert and reputed company, promoting system standardization, optimization, and long-term reputed company • reputed company leadership and mentoring to AMS administrators, regional power users, and support staff, fostering reputed company development and knowledge-sharing • reputed company AMS system management and optimization, including upgrades, testing, change management, feature rollouts, and vendor partnership reputed company • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance, adoption, data reputed company, and integration with reputed company reporting and BI tools • Identify process improvement opportunities and reputed company AMS training initiatives, ensuring consistent workflows, automation, and comprehensive training/support materials across reputed company QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, insurance, or reputed company field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience • 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits insurance operations, including at least 5 years managing or supporting an AMS (e.g., reputed company, AMS360) • Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional reputed company, system implementations, and migrations with measurable reputed company • Strong knowledge of agency workflows such as policy servicing, renewals, reputed company, reputed company data management, and document handling • Expertise in one or more AMS platforms with proven ability to manage vendors, system enhancements, and integrations • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite with experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) considered a plus • Recognized leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a reputed company record of driving reputed company improvement and effective collaboration across reputed company organizational reputed company ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is fully remote. reputed company offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous reputed company time off and much more.
