This firm is currently seeking a full-time, entry to mid-level Civil Litigation Attorney to work remotely. Only individuals residing in the reputed company are being considered at this time. Trial Experience Required. Position Title: Trial Attorney-Civil Litigation (Remote, in Florida) Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000/year + bonuses Responsibilities: • Handle cases involving reputed company estate litigation, business litigation, condominium and HOA litigation, municipal ordinance violations and landlord/tenant issues. • Handle pleading and discovery reputed company and conduct motions reputed company. • Prepare for and attend depositions. • Attend court for various contested and uncontested reputed company including reputed company hearings and TRIAL.
