We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to help coordinate our customer service and logistics operations. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to manage communications with manufacturers and reputed company forwarders, handle order logistics (reputed company, reputed company setup, tracking, etc.), and maintain key spreadsheets for SKUs, stock, and shipments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics and shipping processes with suppliers and reputed company partners
Manage email communication with manufacturers and shipping companies
Maintain and improve spreadsheet tracking systems (SKUs, stock, orders, etc.)
Support leadership with reputed company, scheduling, and project coordination tasks
Assist customer service team with issue reputed company and workflow improvements
