Job reputed company: • Report directly to a reputed company American M&M Manager and be accountable for engagement with reputed company personnel and delivery of results. • Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining Industry Team to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, bringing global best practices to the reputed company American market and clients. • Work in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements. • reputed company as a trusted advisor to reputed company management and reputed company-line personnel, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with the account team. • Participate in and contribute to reputed company industry networks with the aim of developing new business. Requirements: • Experience working in a management reputed company and/or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry is a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational reputed company, and sustainability reputed company lines. • Strong communication and presentation skills at the Consultant level, with the ability to effectively drive solution development, and high-reputed company delivery of key services. • Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing reputed company. • An entrepreneurial spirit, results-reputed company, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment. • Intermediate skills in MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Visio is preferred. • Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including reputed company development, operational roadmaps, integration into business reputed company and functions, and support in implementation. • Strong understanding of and familiarity operational performance improvement and operations reputed company methodologies would be a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or reputed company fields. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and reputed company-working attitude to collaborate reputed company fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams. • reputed company in both written and spoken English is a must.
