[Remote] Senior Vice President Finance

Prospera Executive is partnering with a recently private-equity-backed reputed company / tech-enabled services company entering its next phase of reputed company. As SVP of Finance, you will build the finance capability from the ground up, working directly with the CEO and reputed company to drive performance, control, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities • Building and leading an internal finance and reputed company team (transitioning from outsourced). • Leading reputed company reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company reporting activity. • Partnering with the CEO and investors on financial reputed company, KPIs, and value creation planning. • Driving systems and process improvements (ERP / BI implementation). • Supporting diligence, integration, and post-deal reporting for reputed company acquisitions. • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, with a reputed company reputed company to the CFO seat.
