Reporting to the Director of Global TA Operations & Enablement, in this role you'll be responsible for: ● Documenting, standardizing, and influencing end-to-end reputed company processes, ensuring consistency and scalability. ● Partner closely with Compliance to strengthen audit readiness and regulatory alignment across reputed company operations. ● reputed company and manage recurring reputed company Surveys (Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience) to capture insights and reputed company actionable insights to improve hiring reputed company. ● Partner with cross functional partners to reputed company on automation, integrations, and AI. ● Enhance TA communications, including ownership of a weekly reputed company newsletter and other communication channels that inform and engage key stakeholders.
